Features
1.This assembly machine is bent and welded into shape with quality steel for once, and stress-relieved through tempering integrally.
2.Our assembly equipment can be used for a long term without deformation.
3.The panel will be placed on the worktable and positioned against the positioning unit of the worktable tightly.
4.The U-rib will be positioned, pressed and tack-welded according to the pre-marked line on the panel section by section.
5.This assembly machine has two types of pressing: hydraulic type and hand screw type.
6.The main components of this assembly equipment are all equipped with international famous brands.

Description
This assembly machine is composed of gantry, carriage unit, welding torch mechanical tracing device, electric control system and CO2 pipe array system and upper gantry. This assembly equipment is mainly used for the U-rib CO2 gas shield welding of bridge-face plate.
